Why do I get error 2000 when trying to download transactions?
Usually an error 2000 during a direct download means that you need to sign up for direct connect banking for this account. Even if you can log into the bank website to download transactions, you may need to also explicitly sign up for direct connect. Your financial institution may even require that you pay a monthly fee.
We suggest that you contact your financial institution and tell them that you are having problems connecting to this account with Quicken for Mac (don't say MoneyWell because it will confuse them).
