How do I request a refund?

If you're having a problem with one of our products, please contact us and let us try to resolve it. We'd love to keep you as a customer. If you'd rather just have a refund, please follow the instructions below.

If you purchased from our website directly, you will have been emailed a receipt from No Thirst Software with an order number starting with "NTS" and followed by numbers broken up by two hyphens. Please post a private refund request or send an email to support@nothirst.com. Be sure to include your order number.

If you purchased from the Mac App Store, you'll have a receipt from Apple. Please contact Apple Mac App Store Support click on the Account and Billing button and request a refund. Please be specific about why and make sure you ask for your money back.

If you purchase from the iTunes App Store, please click on the Report a Problem link on your receipt or from your iTunes purchase history. Then click the Report a Problem on your purchase history for the product you want refunded. Please be specific about why and make sure you ask for your money back.
