How do I connect transfers when importing or downloading transactions?
If you have an existing transfer between two accounts prior to importing transactions, MoneyWell should find those duplicates and let you merge them.
If you have imported transactions and need to create a transfer out of two of them, follow these steps:
- Select the two accounts that contain the transfer or
All Accounts
- Select the one transaction, hold the Command key down and
select the other
- Use the Transactions > Create Transfer from Selection command to link the two
To create a transfer prior to doing an import, simply drag one account to another and fill out the New Transfer panel.
