MW 2.0 Open Last Document?

Is there a way to have MW 2.0 open the last used document? Each time I launch I get the opening wizard asking which document I want to use.

I have Lion general settings set not to remember any documents as I don't want this feature in other apps.

We went through this with 1.7 also and the ability to specify a document to open was added as a feature. So has that feature been removed from 2.0?

   I have the same issue.

   I open MW 2.0.1.

   I have to click on the dock icon a second time to get the welcome panel.

   Then, I have to select the document, even though the check box for "Show this window panel when MW opens" is unchecked.

   I suppose we can take the lack of any response as confirmation of my suspicion that this is yet another feature that was removed in the transition from 1.7 to 2.0. Not good.

   Hi Peter,

   I'm sorry our response time is slower than usual. The document should open automatically. Do you have the auto save option for Lion turned off under the System Preferences? To check, launch System Preferences, click on the General icon, and see if the "Restore windows when quitting and re-opening apps" is checked or not.
