Understanding when Expense Buckets are in the red...

If I over spend in a bucket it shows what I over spent. Easy enough. I allocate $100 and spend $150, I'm over $50. Simple. But what I do not understand is why my mortgage bucket is in the red by an odd amount. My mortgage bucket is simple: one set amount. But I have this amount in the red: $46.53. My allocated amount is over $1000. I don't over spend a mortgage payment. I fill the bucket for the payment amount once a month for the amount that is due to the mortgage company. Why then would I have this small, odd amount in the red?

    ringo123,

If you see an unexpected bucket balance, try pressing command-R to force MoneyWell to recalculate the bucket balances.

    Hope this helps,
    Mark
