How can you read these discussions via email? (or nntp) as we could on the google group?

I want the discussions to be pushed to me in a threaded form (and RSS readers do not thread the responses)

In the upper right corner, you'll see a link that says "My Profile." Click on that, and towards the bottom you can set your email preferences.

Even without changing your profile to see all new threads, you should be getting emails for the threads that you contribute to.

I am interested in feedback about how the RSS feeds and emails are working for customers with this new service. Personally, I'm getting a better, more organized stream of emails.

I foud the correct option to send an email (I think it should be made more obvious)

The email interface is not as good as the old one. The url to go to a discussion is however a better interface to respond etc.

The major issue is that all emails appear to be from Tender Support ***@tenderapp.com and not the actual sender. For a list it is good to see the sender as the you can filter or empahsise mails on the (e.g. I would be more likely to read an email from Kevin Hoctor than some other senders)

A more minor issue is that the mail has leass headers. A normal email list often has List-Id headers which I use to manage my mail client.

Google Groups was more of a list server where you would get everyones email posts unless you turned it off. Tender allows you to only get responses to your posts on this forum or to go to My Profile and turn on all emails.

I've found that the links in the emails are what I use to respond now instead of replying to the emails. I didn't think this would be the way I used it at first but I've found it to be more efficient and the responses are cleaner without all the long signatures or Goggle footer at the bottom of each.
